Antigay Flyer Attacks Kalamazoo Ordinance

Kalamazoo Flyer x390 (Screen grab) | Advocate.com

Opponents of the LGBT non-discrimination ordinance on the ballot in Kalamazoo, Michigan are distributing a flyer intended to scare voters into believing the measure will require women and children to share restrooms with men.

The flyer, reported by WOOD-TV, depicts cross-dressing and transgender individuals in a misleading effort to argue that the non-discrimination ordinance would require public places to provide unisex restrooms.

Watch the report.

Alex asks what is wrong with unisex bathrooms... Ew, Alex, do YOU want to sit where just scant seconds before some nasty, yeast-infected vagina was spewing it's filth? No thank you very much. BTW - why don't lesbians have sex in the morning? Ever tried pulling apart a grilled-cheese sandwich?

Last time I checked, children routinely share bathrooms with men, normally when the children are boys. And there are times when fathers may be forced to take their daughters into a men's bathroom. I'll also note that some smaller businesses with public restroom facilities have unisex bathrooms with no undue hardships placed on the sexual health or well-being of those using such facilities.

And what, precisely, is wrong with gender neutral bathrooms!?
