Military Film Star Moonlights in Gay Porn

GAY MILITARY PORN X390 (FAIR USE) | ADVOCATE.COM

A top military magazine has unwittingly shone the spotlight on a young corporal who moonlights as a gay-porn star.

Leatherneck — the “magazine of the Marines” — covered the production of a movie set to premiere next month at the National Museum of the Marines. The film is a military production, and the actors are military too. "For most of them," the article says, "this is the first time they have ever acted."

Not true for “David” (Corporal David to the Marine Corps). According to The Sword, he has appeared in several films for a porn production company called Active Duty, including the titles Battle Cry, Bulletproof 2, and Summer Recruits 2.

In 2007 a number of Active Duty’s performers were discharged when the military discovered their side gigs.

I find so many of these comments disturbing. Not because of their opinions on the topic but because they are so poorly written. The spelling errors are bad enough but the grammar and misuse of words demonstrates how ignorantso many people are. How did you people get jobs? I hope you're not in college and if your jobs require you to write emails to coworkers, I feel sorry for those coworkers who have to read them. What a mess!

Nothing like still letting facts get in the way of vitriol. The man was Honorably Discharged in 2008. He made porn in 2009. He owes nothing to the military after his service. Putting his life at risk was enough for his four years of services. Nothing like not doing your research. Instead his life was trash by listing his real last name. And who are you to judge? Oh, yes everyone lives a perfect life I forgot. And there is nothing wrong with doing porn. Like no one on this web site has ever watched porn. But not one person has said, "He wasn't in the service at the time? Oh, my mistake." No, instead we have destroyed this man for entertainment. And not one person has said "SORRY". No, because we are so morally superior. And the Advocate takes no responciblity. How about a retraction and a apology. Oh, of course not. I am too busy judging how other people live for that. I hope David sues the hell out of all these publications.

Hey Sargon Bighorn- the military does not bar gays and lesbians from service! What we can do is serve but not openly. Is it fair? No. There is a difference in serving openly and outing yourself by starring in gay porn.

You guys are funny really (no pun intended). Several of the comments stated what people do in their personal lives is their business. Well not if you are being paid by all the taxpayers. And what part of gay porn is private? When you put yourself out there for the public to purchase, HELLO....what you are doing is public business. Duh. I have 8.5 years in so far, and will continue to serve without making an A$$ out of myself. Discretion is the key and this guy got greedy and has not discretion.

A friend has had sex with several active duty Marines who were hustling. He would never consider outing them. In my opinion, when a guy is so careless as to do pornography (straight or gay) while on active duty (after all, the military punishment is severe and he can't really be earning all that much), its not about repressed sexuality. I think it may be about an unhealthy preoccupation with sex, in other words, sexual addiction. In that case love and understanding is in order.

i dont get why what someone's person activities are affects there job i mean is any other employer had fired a homosexual male for making porn in his spare time there would have been a lawsuit brought up against the employer and the homosexual male would have won hands down so why do we allow this behavior from the american government i mean seriously what did it hurt owww he made some extra cash on the side for being good in bed with males thats all is it such a big deal. also didn't Obama specifically say he was going to get rid of this rule as one of his platform things so why hasn't anything been changed at all. these brave men defend our country and we cant even give them the same rights we all readily enjoy??

The Sword was simply wrong for outing the Marine. What did they gain by doing this, maybe jeorpodize his career? I did 4 years active duty Marines, and would have liked to have done my 20. I just thought it would be too difficult dealing with being gay for that long. We should honor and respect those who serve. This outing war regretable and unfortunate. pete

I find it amazing that people find fault with the movie company. The US military is a volunteer army. It currently bars Gay men and Lesbians from serving. End of that story. If one enlists and violates the terms of enlistment (as "David" did) he's broken the terms of the agreement. A third party refused to do business with "David" when they found out he was an active serviceman. He burnt the candle at both ends and got burned. No big deal really, I'm sure he has a long happy future in the porn industry as long as he can still get is illegal roids. Ghee seems this guy is running all sorts of risks.
