Elton John's annual Oscar night party raised $3.7 million for AIDS research and funding.

The 18th Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, hosted by John and partner David Furnish, included an auction that brought in the bucks. Up for bid were items like John's costumes, a stay at his European mansions, and a Robert Mapplethorpe photograph of Grace Jones from 1984 (Jones performed at the party as well).

Guests at the high-voltage event included Victoria Beckham, Chace Crawford, Betty White, Miley Cyrus, Jason Mraz, Heidi Klum, and True Blood's Ryan Kwanten (pictured to the right of John, with White on the left).
