FRC: Repealing DADT Will Increase HIV Rates Among Soldiers

Since Tony Perkins and Peter Sprigg, both of FRC, are both gay-sex obsessed, does anyone have proof positive that they are not getting off with each other and spreading all this crap to divert attention from themselves? I have always wondered since I am so obsessed with what "holy heterosexuals" do in bed all the time.

For the Lady who thinks that HIV will be rampant if gays and lesbians are allowed in the military: Where have you been? WE (Gays and Lesbians) have been in all of the armies, and all of the Navies in the world from the beginning of time. Also, you do not seem to know anything about the military in the rest of the world right now. For your information, The USA is the only civalised nation in the world that does not let Gays An Lesbians serve openenly. When I was in the US Navy in the 1940's, and we returned from leave, as we reached the deck of the ship, we were automatically given a dose of (If I remember correctly, Nitro Gliserin) {sp} in our "member" (to ward off the "social diseases), which we had to hold for 30 second before letting it out. I am sure the advances of medicine in the past 70 years have given us a less crude method of discovering or warding off diseases, if any, our returning military may have exposed themselves to while off ship or base.

It is absolutely amazing what these groups come up with, they must lay awake at night thinking up these rediculous, idiotic articles. Do they think that these military personnell are going to be screwing their brains out in the barricks and having all kind of wild orgies. Give me a freaking break. I think there are more pressing issues to deal with and just like someone else commented it they are so worried about HIV then just let the lesbians serve. What a crock of s**t.

So is that to say that this Family Research Council is saying that the military is just filled to the rafters with gays and lesbians who are "turning out" our poor little straight virginal boys and girls? I happen to know for a fact that STRAIGHT men and women don't sleep with Gays and Lesbians. So if a gay person had HIV/AIDS how would EVERYONE ELSE get it? Not to forget that the fastest growing rate of infection is among African American heterosexual women. The FRC is full of idiots.

Ooops. Did they forget that the fastest growing population of new HIV infections is among hetero women of color who are infected by their down-low, bi, and drug-using boyfriends? Openly gay men, contrary to the fantasies of these groups, are among the lowest seroconversion populations, largely due to the extraordinary efforts of gay white men and lesbians in the mid 80s thru GMHC safe-se education campaings. I don't like to stereotype, but this is a typical Republican was of biasing the public by quoting lies and manipulating public opinion based on unfounded fears. Rates of seroconversion do not have anything to do with serving openly in the armed forces. If anything, it would give leaders an opportunity to address means of curtailing the epidemic openly and honestly by providing real and valuable sex education. Get a life, assholes! Introduce some reality into yours!
