Gay-for-Pay Porn Star’s Wife Talks

REECE RIDEOUT X390

Gay-for-pay porn star Reese Rideout, also known as Nick Dent, and his wife Becki talk about their comfort level with his career choice, saying that the decision comes down to money, in the new U.K. issue of Marie Claire.

Boy Culture reports on the couple’s interview, where Nick is featured under the pseudonym Reece Jacobs.

"Now, his focus is gay porn, which, despite what people think, I'm more comfortable with,” said Becki, who like Nick is from Oregon. “I can accept him being with other men more easily than other women. He got into it after he was offered $1,500 simply to masturbate on a gay website called randyblue.com. Straight porn only pays men $300 a scene, but gay porn pays up to five times as much. I don’t care what people think. Reece isn’t gay and I’m just happy he isn’t filming with other women."

Nick added, "I can have sex at work without thinking about the other person because I'm genuinely straight. But gay sex is tough if you're straight. The first time I shot a scene with another man, it was oral sex, and I couldn't keep it up because I wasn't turned on. Now I watch footage of women or think about Becki when I'm filming. Working in gay porn is better all round. I get paid more and treated with respect."

But he ALSO loves some dick as shown in his films. You could never know what's in his heart, only what you've seen and heard him say and do(way back at 17 I might add).

Hold up a minute. If we are to believe what his wife said, the $1500 he made masturbating was the top salary for gay porn. If that's the case, why didn't he just continue doing that? Seems to me that he wants the male to male contact. SOMETHING is not adding up. Hmmmmm.

I'm sorry, call me old-fashioned, but I like real gay men in my gay porn... I just don't understand why we have to pay straight guys to give us boners, when there are thousands of hot gay guys out there!

I had to join on this after reading some comments for one reason. I GREW UP WITH NICK. (Marie Clair? Well done, boy!) We have been friends since kindergarten. Cub-scouts, the whole shebang. In high school my parents took him to Cabo with us. We were just 17 and there was some 23yo nurse that was completely fucked in the head-- but nevertheless, she spent a lot of time in our room. He screwed her right in the bed next to me while I read Hannibal in hardcover. She invited me in too, but I was a virgin and declined. Another time in high school I drove the getaway car for his streaking. I even laid down that yellow Ducati in the picture in his driveway when he gave it to me to try out---the day he bought it. Nice guy, all around-- totally straight. I sometimes have dinner at their house when I visit home, and I just want to say again-- totally sweet people, who would do something else if the money were right. But I have seen it with my own eyes, the man loves himself some pussy. :)

He's probably not even married. Do you believe everything you read, especially when it has to do with porn? For some reason there are lot of gay men turned on by the thought of a straight man having man/man sex, and the porn world is cashing in on this. This guy is most likely 100% gay and this woman is probably some woman who posed for the pics. I reality, any woman who would marry a man like that is messed up.

In a strictly technical sense, you are wrong. Men of all preferences are physically stimulated by "something up there". The prostate gland is rich with nerve endings linked to pleasure centers in the brain. If the top is "pushing the button"' successfully, I don't care what your preferences are, you will enjoy it. You might even blow a load.

This article is a huge revelation for me. I never knew porn stars had names. Kind of takes the thrill out of watching porn now that I know they are real people.

Hank, I'm 29 (though I really don't thin age has much to do with it). The Scottish thing was just poking fun at how cheap we are - a fun stereotype. I understand that some people have more traditional views of what a relationship is and around sex, but people should be mindful that not everyone fits into the Disneyfied versions of what a relationship is. I've actually never done anything more than kiss a woman because I’m just not sexually attracted to them. However I'm not sexually attracted to a blow up doll or a dildo but I would hazard a guess that I could F it or get Fed by it. I take issue when people judge others for the way in which people live their lives when it affects them in no way whatsoever. I take issue when people think because someone does porn (which I have actually never done) that involves the same sex that means they must be gay or bi, because it really doesn't. If you're straight just pop a viagra, throw on some straight porn, get a female fluffer in and act like you're really into it.

Reese Rideout said that a lot of the article was made up. BTW the only studios that pay over $1k per scene are studios that make you sign exclusive contracts forbidding you to work for any other studio. Even those studios aren't paying what they were.
