In a new lawsuit filed in Brooklyn, N.Y., supreme court, a 23-year-old woman says she was subjected to harassment, racial discrimination, and death threats while working in a real estate office.

Priscilla Agosto worked at People's Choice Realty in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood for 14 months. During that time, her suit claims, several male employees made lewd advances to her, including co-owner Mickey Berlianshik, who offered Agosto $60 for oral sex because "all Puerto Rican girls are good at it," the New York Post reports. Another co-owner, Richard Berlianshik, allegedly groped her and exposed himself and urinated in front of her as she was cleaning a bathroom in the office. He also would show her photos of naked women, asking her to kiss the photographs. Another man offered Agosto $500 to watch her and her girlfriend have sex.

An employee also allegedly told her that he would "get rid" of anyone threatening the company, adding that he didn't have a problem killing anyone.

Agosto is seeking an unspecified amount of back pay in addition to damages.

"I hope and pray that by sharing my story anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation will have the courage to speak up," Agosto said in the report.
