Sally Susman at its annual gala dinner, Women’s
Event 10, on November 3.

Center will honor actor Cherry Jones and corporate executive
Sally Susman at its annual gala dinner, Women’s
Event 10, on November 3.
Jones will be the
Outspoken Community Leader honoree. One of stage and
film's most esteemed actors, she is a longtime advocate for
LGBT rights. In 1995 she made theatre history when she
thanked her same-sex partner on national television
during her acceptance speech for the Best Actress Tony
award for The Heiress. Jones earned a second
Tony in 2005 for her performance in Doubt. Susman
will be the Corporate Leader honoree. She is executive
vice president for Global Communications at the
Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and is responsible for
communications strategy, media relations, employee
communications, and consumer relations.
