Gays need to use their own baseball bats on bigots. We need to turn the tables on this hatred that we have tolerated for so long. We pay taxes. We contribute to society through our jobs. We are entitled to equal rights without having to beg. Speak up on our behalf Obama!

THANK YOU, to those fine folks; gay AND straight, who are standing up for equal rights in Rhode Island. We NEED you in the marriage equality corner, along with New Hampshire. Then, ALL of New England will be united for what is RIGHT; rather than yielding to the shrill voices of hate. Rhode Island; you may be the smallest state in the union, but you have an opportunity to make a BIG stand for equality. Let's hear from you!

Sustaining Prop. 8., in California, is a MAJOR setback for LGBT rights, NATIONWIDE! The 'christian' conservatives have now been handed a baseball bat to use in beating us down. Pity the President didn't pick California Supreme Court Justice Moreno for the High Court. Had he done so he would still be putting a hispanic on the court, as well as one who has a track record supporting LGBT equality. FYI.. Justice Moreno was the SOLE dissenting vote on the California court. ALL six other justices voted to uphold Prop. 8.
