Fans of the recently concluded MTV soap opera Spyder Games, which featured a lead character coming to terms with his homosexuality, are hosting an event Saturday, October 13, in Los Angeles featuring most of the show's cast members (including Jane Wiedlin of the Go-Go's and actress Mink Stole), a question-and-answer session, and a raffle of memorabilia from the show. All proceeds will go to aid families of victims of the September 11 attacks. The event lasts from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Knitting Factory, 7021 Hollywood Blvd. For more information visit www.spydergamesfan.com/event.html.
