k.d. lang to perform on Patsy Cline tribute album

Launch reports that k.d. lang will join Natalie Cole, Lee Ann Womack, Michelle Branch, and Diana Krall on an upcoming tribute album to Patsy Cline. Remembering Patsy will feature 12 tracks and include covers of some of Cline's most loved songs--lang will perform "Leavin' on Your Mind." The CD is expected to be released later this year on MCA Nashville. Cline has often been cited as a major influence on lang, who named her original band "The Reclines" in the legend's honor.
