Megan Fox says there is no question in her mind that she's bisexual -- she'll sleep with men, but she would "never date a girl who was bisexual because that also means they sleep with men, and men are so dirty." Mika says, "call me bisexual, if you need a term for me." Lady Gaga says she's had relationships with women, Ke$ha has slumber parties with her girlfriends... even Real World DC star Mike Manning says he's looking to date a guy right now, but leaves the door open for hooking up with his ex-girlfriend again.

Being gay or lesbian can still be considered taboo, but being bi -- or queer, pansexual or any other number of offshoots from the LGBT acronym -- is suddenly "in fashion." On the following pages, The Advocate takes a look at some of the most vocal celebs to open up about their lust for the same-sex.

Megan Fox (actress) - Bisexual [ - Esquire Magazine]

"I have no question in my mind about being bisexual. But I'm also a hypocrite: I would never date a girl who was bisexual because that also means they sleep with men, and men are so dirty that I'd never want to sleep with a girl who had slept with a man."

But in Elle magazine, on her storied lesbian affair with a stripper named Nikita: "I never said she was my girlfriend! I just said that I loved her, and I did love her. The real story is more sobering. It's not a sexy, fun-time, fantasy story. But that's not the story you tell GQ."

Duncan James (lead singer of boyband Blue) - Bisexual [ - Daily Mail]

"I was living a secret life. I went through a process of asking what the fuck am I? Am I gay? Am I straight? Am I bi? That's why I was so frightened about talking."

Lady Gaga (singer) - Bisexual - [Barbara Walters Interview]

"That's really what the song (Poker Face) was all about--why when I was with my boyfriend was I fantisizing about women?" ... I've certainly had sexual relationships with women, yeah."

Sia (singer) - "Friendly" [ - The Advocate]

"I don't really call myself gay or bisexual-I call myself 'friendly,'" she says, laughing again before she explains that her androgynous lover, fellow musician and former Le Tigre member JD Samson, is her "boyfriend," but Furler still refers to her as she. "It's just what we do. If I'm the princess, JD is the prince. If I'm the witch, she's the warlock. If we have kids, she'll be Poppy and I'll be Mommy. I've always been open about it. People are making a fuss of it now because I'm getting successful."

Mika (singer) - Bisexual [ - Gay and Night Magazine]

"As far as discussing sexuality and gender: listen to my songs. It's everywhere. Sexuality has kind of themed this record, if you have to think about it that way. That's part of growing up. I mean, I've never ever labeled myself. But having said that; Ive never limited my life, I've never limited who I sleep with...So, I don't know. Call me whatever you want. Call me bisexual, if you need a term for me... Apply that to me, if that's what you want. That's as close as I'll get to any label."

Ke$ha (singer) - Bisexual [ - Out.com]

"I like people, I wouldn't say I'm gay or straight."

Michael Urie (actor, Ugly Betty) - Queer [ - The Advocate]

"I've never been in. I've never said I was straight, and I'm not saying I'm gay now. I never lie, and I've never shied away from the topic. I've certainly chosen through my work to do things that promote the rights of LGBTQ people. I am not a hypocrite--certainly not now."

Fergie (singer) - Bisexual [ - The Advocate]

"The funny thing is that I was very open and honest about that from the very beginning, and everyone was acting like it was some new trend. Go back four or five years, people, and you'll see the same answer. I think women are beautiful, I've had a lot of fun with women, and I'm not ashamed of it. The problem is that I also love a well-endowed man. But just because I enjoy women doesn't mean I'm allowed to have affairs in my relationship."

Jenna Jameson (porn star) - Bisexual [ - Rolling Stone]

"I'm definitely bisexual, and there have been times in my life that I've been so bisexual it's sick. I love girls. I'll never not look at a girl and think, 'How do you think she tastes?'"

Mike Manning (reality TV star, The Real World D.C.) - Bisexual [ - Metro Weekly]

"I hate America's obsessive need to categorize everything. You're either black or white. You're either gay or straight. You're either this or that. Even in the gay community, there's like this biphobia. Everybody's like, "You have to be gay or straight. You can't be bi. You can't like both."

Kristanna Loken (actress, Terminator 3) - Bisexual [ - AfterEllen.com]

"I was in a relationship with a woman for a few years, and then I met Noah and had a relationship with him that lasted about two and a half years. We planned a wedding, and I had this very conventional lifestyle all of a sudden, with the house and the marriage. And then I went from that to ending my relationship with Noah and now being with a woman for the last seven months or so."

Andy Dick (actor, comedian) - Bisexual [ - Tyra Banks Interview]

"I say, 'I'm bi, my love knows no gender,' and the straight community says, 'Oh right, that's just a cover-up--you're gay!'"

Madison Hildebrand (reality show personality, Million Dollar Listing) - Polyamorous/Bisexual [ - Edge Boston]

"It was an intended move because I knew what it took for me to get to that place and if this was an opportunity for me to help by way of demonstration a whole population that may also feel polyamorous or bisexual or whatever you want to call it.. my message [is that] I can have feeling for a woman one day and feel attracted to her and dream about wanting to have a relationship with her and still go to work and be young and successful and totally comfortable in my skin. The next day I can meet a man who totally turns me on for different reasons and I go and explore that. That was really the message that I wanted to send. My sexuality and my journey are up to me. It's not up to anyone else. And no gay community can chastise me by calling it a cop-out or giving any sort of judgment. Anyone who is judging on where I am on my journey needs to stop and reflect and see what's going on with them."

Margaret Cho (actress, comedian) - Bisexual [ - The New York Times]

"I refer to myself as gay, but I am married to a man. Of course, I've had relationships with women, but my politics are more queer than my lifestyle."

David Bowie (singer) - Bisexual [ - Playboy]

"It was some very pretty boy in class in some school or other that I took home and neatly fucked on my bed upstairs. And that was it. My first thought was, Well, if I ever get sent to prison, I'll know how to keep happy."

Michael Stipe (musician) - Bisexual [ - BBC News]

"I was being made to be a coward about it, rather than someone who felt like it really was a very private thing," Stipe said he had been in a relationship with "an amazing man" for about three years. "I'm an equal-opportunity lech."

Saffron Burrows (actress) - Bisexual [ - AfterEllen.com]

"If I was going to make a broad generalization. I'd say that I prefer the company of women. People know now that I live with Mike Figgis, but I prefer not to talk about it. On one level, privacy is important but, on another level, I have no desire to deny certain things. For a woman to say she has had a dalliance with another woman is quite trendy these days, but I do not like that trendiness. Life isn't about dalliances - it's about individuals. You come across people in your life that you find very interesting. It's not about something flighty."

Billie Joe Armstrong (musician, Green Day) - Bisexual [ - The Advocate]

"I think I've always been bisexual. I mean, it's something that I've always been interested in. I think people are born bisexual, and it's just that our parents and society kind of veer us off into this feeling of 'Oh, I can't.' They say it's taboo. It's ingrained in our heads that it's bad, when it's not bad at all. It's a very beautiful thing."

Ariel Stein (reality show personality, Miami Social) - Bisexual [ - Out.com]

"It's weird because in Miami, it's almost like everybody is bisexual. And the hottest guys you meet are in a straight venue. And they're beautiful, they're sexy, whether they're closeted, they'll come out at four o'clock in the morning when no one's around. I mean, in Miami, there's no label to the gay scene. It's so widely accepted. But there are gays who just hang out with gays in gay bars, and then there are people who are just so comfortable and free with their sexuality, they can go to straight bars and make out with a guy in front of a million people and it doesn't mean anything. So the entire town is pretty much sexually interested in both men and women. It's fascinating."

Alex Ebert (singer, Ima Robot) - Bisexual [ - Out ]

"Being with a woman is oppressive for me and being with a guy means expressing freedom. By the time I was ready to record I felt like I was a captive in my own romance. I'd moved in with this girl, and it had become so wearisome."
