New Details on Lady Gaga’s Role in American Horror Story

Art imitates life as bisexual pop singer Lady Gaga gets ready to tackle the role of bi hotel owner Elizabeth in the upcoming season of the hit FX anthology American Horror Story.

As SheWired reports, AHS cocreator Ryan Murphy revealed many details about Gaga's character during a Television Critics Association press event held Saturday, and from the sounds of it, there's much to look forward to when the season begins this fall.

"Her character's name is Elizabeth. She owns the hotel," Murphy said. "She is a very wealthy social doyenne who is consumed with art, fashion, and people, and she has a nefarious plan that is revealed in the first episode that plays out over the season."

A short teaser clip for the popular drama program that was released last month also starred Gaga, clad in nothing but a fabulous silver glove.
