Amelia Craig Cramer, an accomplished attorney and civil rights advocate, was named president of Arizona's 16,900-member state bar on Friday.

Cramer now lives in Arizona with her wife and daughter but previously lived in Los Angeles, where she was a managing attorney for the LGBT advocacy group Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund; she was also the executive director of the Gay & Lesbian Allies & Defenders when she resided in Massachusetts.

It seems sometimes like there's nothing better than the word "bisexual" when it comes to sensationalizing celebrity news for the tabloids. In the last week, several tab reports have talked about two high profile celebs and their alleged relationships with bisexuals, and the implied "damage" they caused, with little outcry from LGBT media watchers.

After Marvel Comics released its much ballyhooed Astonishing X-Men #51 featuring the wedding of gay X-Man Northstar and his longtime boyfriend Kyle, LGBT fans held events at comic book stores (including same-sex weddings) around the country.

Anderson Cooper may look nice, but he doesn't like when people clandestinely take his photo — especially at 6 a.m. on an airplane.

During an appearance on Kathy Griffin's Bravo talk show, Cooper recounts an incident that took place that morning while he was flying from New York to Los Angeles.
