Section 2 - Letter Details

Letter Subject:

Personal finance tips

Letter Title (Pull Quote):

"It was great to see the three articles addressing critical issues that many in the community either have not yet considered or have struggled in finding counsel."

Letter Body:

What a great set of articles in your recent issue focusing our community on the responsibilities and strategies toward managing our personal finance! It was great to see the three articles addressing critical issues that many in the community either have not yet considered or have struggled in finding counsel. Todd Henneman's article drove home the importance for everyone to better educate themselves in the actions of purchasing property together as the process can be complex and have long term ramifications for anyone entering the process lightly. Additonally, Dan Allen's article on the mortgage lifeboat of reverse mortgages builds some very basic understandings- but before anyone jumps into that water- they should seek very specific skilled mortgage counsel- as it, too, is complex and may have lifelong consequences. If we learned anything at all in these articles it is to remember, nothing beats finding a strong advocate to help educate you about the process and to assist you in building a strategy that works for your individually.
