CDC announces availability of HIV, STD materials in Asian languages

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Prevention Information Network has announced that several materials on HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases are now available in several Asian languages. Two pamphlets, titled "Living With HIV/AIDS" and "HIV and AIDS: Are You at Risk?" are now available in Korean, Vietnamese, Khmer (Cambodia), and Tagalog (the Philippines) as well as Spanish and English. Pamphlets focusing on teenagers and on HIV antibody testing also are available in all of the above languages. Information on preventing mother-to-child HIV transmissions is now available in Chinese and Vietnamese as well as Spanish and English.
