Kaiser foundation unveils interactive time line of AIDS epidemic (12969)

The Kaiser Family Foundation this week unveiled an interactive, Web-based time line of the global AIDS epidemic to serve as a reference tool and historical record of the political, scientific, cultural, and community events that have occurred since the beginning of the epidemic in 1981. The time line, titled "The Global HIV/AIDS Epidemic: A Timeline of Key Milestones," was developed to coincide with the 15th International AIDS Conference that will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, July 11-16. The time line can be seen online at www.kff.org.
