The National Enquirer is reporting that actress Jodie Foster is “devastated” now that the woman for whom she left her longtime partner last year has returned to an old lover.

Foster made headlines last year when it was revealed that she dropped Cydney Bernard, her partner of 14 years, for a new love interest, writer-producer Cindy Mort, whom she met while filming The Brave One in 2006.

Now, the National Enquirer is reporting that Mort has dumped Foster.

"Ironically, now it's Jodie who has been jilted," said a longtime friend to the tabloid. "She's miserable."

Mort reportedly left Foster to rekindle her romance with Amanda Demme, a Hollywood club promoter and the widow of director Ted Demme. Amanda Demme has also been romantically linked to Lindsay Lohan.
