Former Miss California Carrie Prejean will appear as Miss October in the 2010 edition of the Great American Conservative Women’s Calendar, featuring leading women in the right-wing movement, according to Fox News.
The 22-year-old Prejean, who recently addressed religious conservatives at the Values Voter Summit, expressed delight at her inclusion in the calendar, a product of the right-wing women’s organization the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute.
"I was so honored to be in the calendar as one of the great American conservative women,” she said, according to Fox News. “As a former beauty queen, it's refreshing to be taken seriously.”
The calendar also features Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, and Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota.
