Karl Lagerfeld, the male model–loving mastermind behind Chanel, has
designed a doll to support the Carla Bruni-Sarkozy Foundation, a
charity founded by the the first lady of France.
According to Women's Wear Daily, the princess doll will be available next year at Au Nain Bleu, a high-end Parisian toy store.
The doll will retail for 220 euros (approximately $315) and the silk, tulle, and lace gown will be sold separately for 830 euros (approximately $1,190).
Part of the proceeds will go to the foundation, though it is unspecified how much.
Started in March by the former model, the charity aims to promote access to culture and education for disadvantaged youth.
Lancôme cosmetics announced a partnership with the foundation in November.
