Prop. 8 attorneys Ted Olson and David Boies appeared on The Rachel Maddow Show on Tuesday. In a 10-minute segment, Maddow asked the “odd couple” why the case should be argued on the federal level, whether their legal strategy entails revealing the life experiences of gay and lesbian Americans, and whether many conservatives privately accept gay people already.
