White House senior adviser David Axelrod says President Obama will call on Congress to repeal the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy in tonight’s State of the Union address, CNN is reporting.
Yesterday, Advocate.com reported that White House press secretary had confirmed “don’t ask, don’t tell” was likely to be included in the address. The president has come under fire for dragging his heels on the military’s gay ban.
