Jennifer Lopez’s first husband, Ojani Noa, claims to have a video of the entertainer kissing girls and plans to ask her in court if she is bisexual, reports radaronline.com.

The legal battle between Lopez and Noa, who were married in 1998 and divorced the following year, has lingered for several years with Lopez's attorneys having already successfully blocked Noa's plans to release a tell-all book about their relationship. Now they will attempt to prevent Noa from marketing an intimate home video the couple made before separating.

Noa’s business manager Ed Meyer claims the video contains footage of Lopez kissing girls and reveals, "The first question I plan on asking Jennifer Lopez on the stand is if she is bisexual.”
