The Human Rights Campaign is encouraging people to use online activism Thursday to participate in a Virtual Lobby Day to repeal the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. The action coincides with in-person volunteer visits to lawmakers on Capitol Hill.

Virtual participants are encouraged to use e-mails, phone calls, and social networking tools like Facebook and Twitter to spread the message against the discriminatory policy.
