According to TMZ,
the couple who were filmed fighting with Ronnie (pictured) and Sammi of Jersey
Shore fame claim the footage was manipulated to mask the real
reason for the altercation. The couple allege they have a DVD
containing raw footage that shows Ronnie and Sammi antagonizing them by using homophobic slurs and other insults.
A lawsuit filed in New Jersey superior court Friday claims the show's producers and MTV edited the boardwalk fight "in a manner that was completely inconsistent with what really took place."
The plaintiffs are also demanding that the release waivers they signed be invalidated because, they say, they were intoxicated when signing.
