MSNBC host Rachel Maddow became an interviewee Tuesday night. Executive producer Bill Wolff interviewed her about rumors that she would run for the U.S. Senate from Massachusetts in 2012.
U.S. senator Scott Brown sparked the speculation when he sent a fund-raising memo that raised the specter of a Maddow campaign among Republicans. Later the chair of the Massachusetts Democratic Party sent an ambiguous recruitment tweet that some believed referred to the talk-show host.
Maddow emphatically denied any interest in a political career. Watch the interview below.
