Actor T.R. Knight will star on Broadway opposite veteran actor Patrick Stewart in A Life in the Theatre, reports the Los Angeles Times. The play, written in 1977 by David Mamet, depicts the relationship between a young newcomer and an older stage actor as their professional bond is tested by a series of incidents both onstage and off.
Knight, best known for his work in the ABC medical drama Grey’s Anatomy, previously appeared on Broadway in the 2001 revival of Noises Off and the 2003 production of Tartuffe.
