Castro Shooting Suspect Cleared

The man arrested in connection with shootings at a pre-Pride party in San Francisco is no longer a suspect, police say.

No witnesses can connect Ed Perkins to the crime scene, according to the Associated Press. Although authorities discovered Perkins with a revolver, it was not the gun used to kill Stephen Powell (pictured) and wound two others. 

Perkins will still face charges of carrying a concealed and loaded weapon.
