Outspoken comedian and activist Roseanne Barr wants to be president of
the United States — or prime minister of Israel. 

Standing in front of a sign reading “One Taxpaying Mother’s Manifest-o,” Barr spoke out against everything from the war to our 99% male-dominated government to animal abuse.
