In a video, pop star Joe Jonas calls bullying "horrible" and hate "sad."
Jonas urges adolescents to reach out to people viewed as outcasts and tries to instill the point that all people have insecurities. Finally, Jonas — a member of the Jonas Brothers group — says that everyone should focus on the positive aspects of life and remember how lucky they are to be alive.
Following a spate of reported gay suicides, Jonas is the latest celebrity to verbalize frustration over bullying.
