New Dad Neil Patrick Never Happier

Fatherhood agrees with actor Neil Patrick Harris,  who says he's never been happier during an interview with The Talk earlier this week.

"Which, let me tell you those who don’t have babies, they can burp," Harris says during his first interview as a father. "It’s the greatest thing, I’ve never been happier.

Harris and longtime partner David Burtka are the fathers of six-week-old twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace via a surrogate. Harris says that Gideon and Harper have different personalities. Gideon "sleeps all the time," while Harper is a bit "fussier."
