LGBTQ College Presidents: It Gets Better

Members of the new group LGBTQ Presidents in Higher Education and their partners filmed a video to assure students and aspiring academic leaders struggling with antigay discrimination, "It gets better."
The group, formed about six months ago, includes about 25 out leaders in higher education. In the following video, filmed at the group's second meeting last month, officials from schools including Antioch University Los Angeles, the University of the Rockies, Hampshire College, and Episcopal Divinity School share their message of hope.
