MTV has launched the “Fight For Your Rights Leadership Scholarship” program, which will bestow five scholarships of $50,000 each to high school seniors and college students who are committed to social change and the ongoing battle against discrimination. MTV is partnered with the nonprofit SHiNE (Seeking Harmony in Neighborhoods Everyday), the National Conference for Community and Justice, the Anti-Defamation League, and the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights in this effort.
