Challengers to match investing skills with Elton John for charity

Microsoft has announced that it will make a 50-cent donation (up to $250,000) to the Elton John AIDS Foundation for each person who enters the MSN Money AIDS Market Challenge. Participants will create virtual portfolios with up to four stocks and test their investment acumen against out pop legend Sir Elton John. The winner will be determined based on best stock performance between October 2 and October 17, and the top prize is a trip for two to John's concert in Singapore, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and $500 spending money.
