The latest video featuring some hunky soldiers getting their groove on to Lady Gaga's infectious song "Telephone" has raised the bar on YouTube videos with troops indulging in some much-earned recreation. The Advocate staff compiled a few of our favorite videos over the years that prove those combat boots were made for choreography.
Starting with this week's favorite is the "Telephone Remake," featuring "a couple of guys in Afghanistan." As the description says, these guys are "always on mission, [so] it is harder to film than you think."
Not exactly the next Backstreet Boys or anything, but really sweet and a little awkward.
If you can imagine doing the robot seductively, you'll get the gist of this video.
If doing "The Carlton" in slo-mo doesn't make you smile, we don' t know what will.
Yep, the title is pretty self-explanatory.
Maybe all orders should be given to marines in "Cha Cha Slide" fashion?
OK, it may be clear that a lot of these service members got their moves from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
These troops put a new spin on an old Internet meme
Don't worry, the description says, "NO HOMO! Just bored."
This could also be titled "Boys at a Junior High School Dance."
These guys are literally hot — it's literally going to be 100 degrees at Al Dhafra Air Base in Abu Dhabi tomorrow!
This one comes from the most seductive control station in the Middle East
