Their signs read "It means yes" and "gay friendly."

Many marched with red balloons with messages for equality written on them.

Their signs read, "Same Families, Same Rights!" "Adoption For All Couples," and "Biphobia, Transphobia, Enough!'

Families showed up in droves, and this child's sign reads, "My mummy wants to adopt me, why does that bother you?"

Many Paris officials marched behind a sign reading, "Elected representatives commit for equality now and against discriminations all the time."

A French flag is inscribed with the message, "'Gay marriage, yes, Sad marriage, no."
