Sandy Stier and Kris Perry are the plaintiffs in today's Proposition 8 case and proudly held hands before the cameras while leaving on their way to the Supreme Court today.
The line to enter the Supreme Court was long, and reports said people waited outside for days in the hope of getting a seat for this moment.
