Who Wore Purple on #SpiritDay?

People of all ages across the country made a spirited stand on Thursday.

Thursday was GLAAD's national Spirit Day, when LGBT people and allies around the world wore and purple to show their support for LGBT youth and to take a stand against anti-LGBT bullying. But the social media frenzy had a greater cause than just the purple t-shirts and selfies: show people across the country and around the world, that they have LGBT friends and allies everywhere. Here are a few shots from Thursday's activities.
