Alaska Thunderfuck, “Hieeee”
The Drag Race season 5 favorite returns with more of her signature dry wit and raunchy humor, using one word in the song title that’s now a mainstay in gay slang. So where did Alaska get her "Hieeee" signature greeting? Back in 2013, Willam Belli asked that same question, and Alaska simply replied, "I got it from Isis Mirage and Coco Ferocha. And they got it from Mystique Summers Madison. And she got it from Ongina." "Hieeee" appears on Alaska's upcoming album, Anus, available June 23. Preorder it now on iTunes. Check out the video below.

Frameline: San Francisco International LGBTQ Film Festival
Click those ruby heels three times, and find yourself at Frameline: San Francisco International LGBTQ Film Festival. The festival, which runs June 18 to 28, has earned the distinction of its Wizard of Oz–inspired tagline, “There’s no place like here.” Nearly 200 films will screen in the historic Castro district, including the opening film, I Am Michael, which stars James Franco as an “ex-gay” pastor, and the closer, Bare, which showcases Dianna Agron as a small-town girl who falls for a female drifter played by Paz de la Huerta. Don’t miss these stellar films or anything in between.

Sizzy Rocket, “Bestie”
Out queer artist Sizzy Rocket serves ’80s music video realness with the campy/sexy bi-curious anthem “Bestie.” Based on a one-night stand the singer says she had with her BFF, this track doesn’t pussyfoot around; its lyrics are deliciously direct and oh, so fun. Leave your inhibitions at the door and press play.
