Kristen Hall (pictured, left), who started the country music act Sugarland in 2002 with Kristian Bush (right) has settled a suit against her former bandmates.

Hall claimed she was owed profits upon leaving the group in 2005.

The Associated Press reports that a federal judge in Atlanta signed off on the settlement. Bush and current bandmate Jennifer Nettles (pictured, center) had said they had no profit-sharing agreement with Hall, who they claim left the group with debts totaling $100,000.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
