Mo. Rep. Seeks to Impeach Gov. for Authorizing Gay Tax Returns
State representative Nick Marshall is calling for the impeachment of Missouri governor Jay Nixon, after the latter's decision last week to allow married gay and lesbian couples to file state tax returns jointly.
