Trans man Tyler Copeland says he was subjected to a hostile work environment at Rogers State Prison.
The judge had ordered three attorneys for Southwest Airlines to take “religious liberty” training from an SPLC-designated hate group.
The ruling came from a federal appeals court based in New Orleans.
