Florence and the Machine this week released the video for the down-tempo "St. Jude," a new single off the band's much-anticipated album How Big How Blue How Beautiful, set to drop June 2. It's the band's first new work since 2011's Ceremonials.
The video, directed by Vincent Haycock, is a real tear-jerker. It features singer Florence Welch trapped in a rain-soaked afterlife, which, according to the director's comments in a press release, is "our version of (Dante's) the Divine Comedy."
