  • Constant fatigue
  • Insomnia or sleeping throughout the day
  • Disinterest in normal activities
  • Increased use of recreational drugs or alcohol
  • Sad or irritated mood
  • Tearfulness and feelings of despair
  • Change in appetite with either weight gain or loss
