A Shot at Love star Tila Tequila says she's ready to settle down and adopt a child. She'll just have to learn how to take care of her dogs first.
"I had a dog, but I had to give him to [my] best friend, because he did not like to travel at all," she said. "And I don't like little Chihuahuas or poodles or those little dogs those girls carry around. I like bigger dogs."
Tequila, at a signing for her new book, Hooking Up With Tila Tequila, told Us magazine that she sometimes thoughts of leaving Hollywood and adopting a boy, but she wants to "make at least another billion dollars before I adopt children so I can just focus on them," she said. "Like, just move to an island and give them everything."
The bisexual MySpace-turned-television star said in June that her show's success may have influenced the California supreme court's legalization of gay marriage earlier in May.
"It is because of me. I definitely think [my show] has helped the movement," she said. "Before it came out, everyone was still a little apprehensive about [same-sex relationships]," she said. "Then they realized, 'Wow, everyone is really into this stuff, and it is fine.' The next thing you know, [gay marriage] is legal." (Advocate.com)
