Chicago Bumps Up Pride Parade Start Time to Curb Drinking

The annual Gay Pride Parade in Chicago will start at 10 a.m. instead of noon this June in order to curb public drinking, while officials also plan to alter the route and size of the event to accommodate large crowds.
