Missouri's House Bill 2885 would send teachers who use students' chosen names and pronouns to prison for up to five years.
The judge found the policy violated the state constitution by discriminating based on the student’s sex.
He says his school system will stick to its inclusive policies which are in accordance with Virginia state law.
The list of states with bans keeps growing.
