Robbery Suspect Accused of Sexually Assaulting Man While Shouting Gay Slurs
New York police are looking for a male robber who they say committed a sexual assault on a man on a Brooklyn street.
The Bed-Stuy Patch
reports that police have identified the suspect as Julius Wright, 21,
also known as Stinky. The 6-foot-1 black male, who was last seen wearing
dark clothing, is accused of approaching a 24-year-old man at 3:30
a.m., threatening him with a simulated firearm, and stealing his cell
phone. Then, say police, the suspect asked the man about his sexual
orientation and proceeded to sexually assault him while berating him
with antigay epithets.
The victim was hospitalized in stable condition and later released.
