The Harvey Milk LGBTQ Democratic Club in San Francisco has rescinded its endorsement of President Joe Biden for the March primary.
The short and sweet statement comes after Carlson was revealed to be in a club named for Milk's assassin.

Though Clinton clinched the endorsement with more than two thirds of the vote, the Sunday night meeting was not without contention. Both cochairs of Liberty City are Obama supporters, and according to Clinton supporter Jonathan Oriole, who attended the meeting, discussion ensued about postponing the vote or potentially not endorsing a candidate at all.
Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama took a strong stand this weekend against a constitutional amendment to appear on California's ballot in November that would effectively overturn the state supreme court's recent decision legalizing same-sex marriage. In a letter to the Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club read yesterday at the group's annual Pride Breakfast, Senator Obama wrote, "I am proud to join with and support the LGBT community in an effort to set our nation on a course that recognizes LGBT Americans with full equality under the law ... that is why I oppose the divisive and discriminatory efforts to amend the California Constitution, and similar efforts to amend the U.S. Constitution or those of other states."
The call will happen a day after thousands of LGBTQ+ leaders and supporters signed a letter of endorsement for the vice president’s candidacy.
