Now you can sashay your way on over to the DR2 Theatre in Union Square to catch the holiday edition of That Golden Girls Show! Puppet Parody.

That Golden Girls Show! is a new parody paying tribute to classic Golden Girls moments -- but with puppets! To prep for the holiday season, The Gay Men's Chorus' acapella group, the Tonewalls, stopped by the old set and performed a rendition of "Thank You For Being A Friend" with all your favorite characters as puppets.

"There are a few shows that will update their logos for the holidays but we thought we would take it a little further. Which is why we will be offering That Golden Girls Show! A Puppet Parody: Holiday Edition," said creator Jonathon Rockefeller. "Beginning December 1, we are decking our Miami halls and updating our script to reflect the holiday season. This is a great opportunity for our audiences to get into the holiday spirit and if they have already seen the show, a great reason to return with a friend."

The Off-Broadway puppet parody recently extended its stay through December 31 at Union Square's DR2 Theatre. Tickets can be purchased by visiting or by calling 1-800-982-2787.
