Sarah gives a thumbs up for LGBT Pride!
Yup, Alaska is remote, and we hear winter is kind of tough. Maybe that’s why the folks in Anchorage put on such a kick-ass Pride events. In a week-long schedule of offerings, there's a pageant, drag queen bingo, scholarship ceremony, more drag queen stuff, a huge BBQ, and the all important lube wrestling event. All are welcome at Alaska Pride.
The folks of Anchorage also put on a moving ceremony for the people on Orlando that we posted earlier.
